The greatest obstacle to enlightenment

YOU ARE NOT YOUR MIND

Welcome to what I define as maybe the most important part of this course. The deepest understanding of what Spiritual Enlightenment is.

As Ra Uru Hu mentioned, and many others teacher such as Alan Watts, Terence Mc Kenna, etc.

"To be awake is really mundane. It's what we're supposed to be. It's not some high exalted state that we have to suffer to get to. That's nonsense. We Just haven't had the education until now. It's easy to be awake. Live out your Type, Strategy and Authority for seven years and you'll be awake as Buddha."

What Ra meant by that, is that, it is all about being able to surrender to the body, to become this passenger consciousness. To be able to observe the mind, to observe the thoughts process.

And this is where BREATHWORK is magical. The next following lessons will teach you how you can quiet the mind, how you can observe the mind, how you can become this passenger consciousness and to fully being present here in now, left with pure joy feeling. Our Natural State: LOVE UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS

Where Can You Start?

First by changing the way your body and mind deals with stress is the turning point for gaining control over your health, your emotions, your mind and your life. To do that you need to arm yourself with knowledge on understanding stress due to an excessive mental activity (the good, the bad and the ugly sides of stress) and build the tools that will help you restore calm in a moment and long term.

Learning about your own breathing pattern is one of the first steps to changing your stress and breathing habits.

Observe yourself, and really by practicing the next future exercices observe HOW do you breathe?
