How can you heal yourself through Breathwork

Congrats you made it to here.

Now that the Breathe and its origines has no more secret for you, let's fly!

The practice that we are going to enter in, gives you the power to clear the mental, emotional and physical blockages that prevent you from connecting with your highest self and limitless potential, by laying on the floor and breathing. This new, increased flow of energy raises your own vibration and vitality and has the potential to elevate your life to heights you never thought were possible.

By opening your consciousness to what is, you will have access to deep clarity and guidance for your path.


3 things can happen, may happen, and will happen. Mentally, physically, and emotionally.

1.Mentally; the first 5 minutes sucks! let's be honest, it is like any workout we don't want to do this, but after a few minutes it gets better and we are like "damn it why I don't do this everyday"

The mind will fights, you will feel like "I wanna stop, this is bullshit" or even something like "OMG I'm gonna die, I'm having a stroke"

It is all resistance of the mind, but when we pass these resistances we enter into a state a consciousness where pure ecstasy is.

2.Physically; because we are oxygenating our body, we allow the life force energy to move and navigate through us, so what it is happening in an energetic level is that we are cleaning and cleansing all the trigger points, old negative emotions or old negative energies, we are reactivating our meridian and letting the Qi moving through us again. The physical reaction can be that your hands will cramps, you will feel block and cramp on your head, mouth, legs, it is possible to be warm, cold, that your body shakes, don't worry it is all normal and will come back to natural.

3.Emotionally; by letting the Qi moving, you may gonna start to release emotional trauma, cry, scream, laugh, making noise, etc. It is all normal, simply allow yourself to do so.

Great, now you are aware of it.

During each practice we will do 3 exercices, you will simply have to listen my voice. Know that you are at any moment in control and this is your experience. You can hold longer or short your breath.

  1. We will take big breath in and hold the breath at the top
  2. We will exhale totally and hold at the bottom
  3. We will do a tone exercice, at 3, 1,2,3, inhale, and exhale make a sound
